From day one, you’ll be part of real projects, work closely with teams, and build both your professional skills and business mindset—not just watch from the sidelines. Program Timeline •Program Duration: July 2026 – January 2027 •Application deadline: March 23rd •Application Evaluation Period: January 2026 – July 2026 Teams You Can Apply For We are looking for talent for the following teams. Please review the teams carefully and choose the one that fits you best. During the application process, you will be asked to select the team you’re applying for Category Team plans and executes sales and campaignes strategies across marketplace and retail channels. From preparation to on-time broadcasting, we coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, track market and competitor trends, manage category operations, strengthen brand and seller relationships, negotiate trade terms, and deliver a seamless shopping experience. Operations Team uses technology, automation, and teamwork to optimize e-commerce operations and delivers efficient, seamless experiences at scale. The department relies on cross-functional collaboration and data-driven strategies to achieve large-scale goals with speed and efficiency. Furthermore, the team fosters a professional culture rooted in ownership and inclusivity, encouraging both personal and collective growth. Trendyol Express (TEX) Team is our new generation, customer-oriented delivery platform. We use the latest technology and a sea of data with a flexible delivery operation infrastructure to provide a superior delivery experience to our customers both locally and internationally, as well as our sellers. Marketplace (MP) Team leads seller recruitment, engagement, and the development of seller tools, enabling hundreds of thousands of sellers to reach millions of Trendyol customers while scaling their businesses. By continuously improving tools, features, and processes, we empower sellers and help shape the future of e-commerce. President Office Team is one of the organization’s core strategic enablers, acting as the main link between the President and internal and external stakeholders. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, the team helps shape executive priorities, drives strategic agendas and supports high-impact decision-making. By turning the company’s vision and long-term goals into aligned actions, the team contributes to clear execution and measurable business outcomes. Finance Team sits at the heart of smart growth and sustainable decision-making. Working closely with commercial and business teams, we transform data into meaningful insights that guide strategy, optimize performance, and support long-term value creation.
