Let’s start with the role

Kaizen Gaming Brazil, the local operator of the Betano brand, is seeking a Senior member of our growing treasury team! This role, reporting to the Treasury Manager, is expected to bring knowledge and expertise, while contributing to the overall Treasury team in various levels. The Treasury Specialist will be responsible for managing the company’s liquidity, in accordance with the regulatory framework, the company’s investment strategy and the provisions of its Liquidity Management Policy. On-the-job training regarding the online betting industry, Kaizen Group and the regulatory and operational frameworks for Kaizen Gaming Brazil will be provided at the induction process.

As a Treasury Specialist, you will:

Ensure compliance with the regulatory framework & internal policy regarding the equilibrium between customer funds and respective dedicated accounts in financial and payment institutions. Propose/Co-ordinate/support enhancements of respective supporting automations;
Monitor the implementation of the internal Liquidity Management Policy.
Propose and implement investment options, maximizing the utilization and yield of the available operational liquidity, while adhering to the approved budget and in alignment with the company’s strategy and risk appetite;
Monitor Brazilian macro-economic and political developments and regulatory developments related to the foreign exchange, investment instruments and Treasury-related online gaming regulations;
Introduce and enhance monitoring and support tools for Liquidity Risk Management;
Maintain close cooperation and knowledge exchange within Treasury members;
Close cooperation and support with the overall Kaizen Gaming Brazil team and especially within the Finance Division.

What you’ll bring:

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree would be considered as a plus;
Extensive experience in Treasury (not limited to payments);
Excellent in mathematical-related analysis (both to produce and comprehend);
Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure;
Able to collaborate with teams.
