Treasury Specialist

• Follow the process of treasury operations, cooperate closely with related departments and partners, including sales team, delivery team, clients, banks, to provide financial support and confirmation for business operation timely;
• Financial data processing, including check related POs and receipts, financial interest and commission fee calculation and verification, follow and support business plan, identify business procedure questions and help business improve from financial point of view;
• Develop and maintain external financial resources and relationships, design financing solutions that meet business requirements, join business negotiation, help both company and partners reduce financial cost and improve efficiency;
• Execute insight research about Turkey financial policies, follow the policy changes and analyze the influence on internal business;

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or above) major in Finance;
• Good communication and coordination skills, fluent in written and spoken English & Turkish;
• Have work experience in banking industry or company’s treasury department, know how bank works or how to work with banks, can calculate company financial cost, arrange cash plan, have knowledge for treasury products, finance management and accounting;
• Willing to learn and follow company's internal financial procedures. Meanwhile, have strong awareness of external financial policies, can give suggestions for business improvement;
• High proficiency with MS Excel and ability to analyze large data sets, ability to collect and review complex data, strong data statistics and analysis, sensitive to data;
• Self-disciplined, result oriented, strong team player, strong learning ability and adaptability;
