What is our proposal?

As the Treasury Specialist, you will be the key financial engine of the company, ensuring our stability and growth. Your main mission will be to lead the strategic management of the treasury, from coordinating closing activities to executing innovative projects that drive financial efficiency and provide direct support to our teams and management.

Treasury and Closing Process:

• Elevate Cash Flow Management: Oversee all daily cash operations, proactively monitoring balances and executing timely payment processes to ensure liquidity.
• Ensure Transaction Integrity: Maintain control over all treasury transactions, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance.
• Drive Strategic Reporting: Develop and deliver comprehensive regular and ad-hoc reports to support critical financial decision-making.
• Streamline Reconciliation: Conduct and maintain precise bank reconciliations to ensure data harmony across systems.
• Optimize Treasury Systems: Manage and uphold the efficiency of the core treasury management system.
• Lead Banking Operations: Strategically coordinate and manage the entire bank onboarding process, including crucial KYC and account opening procedures.

Financial Information Analysis & Reporting:

• Support Accounting Excellence: Partner with the accounting team to ensure the flawless and accurate booking and application control of all bank transactions.
• Fuel Forecasting Precision: Play a key role in the Group's cash flow forecasting initiatives, ensuring the highest level of data accuracy and readiness for strategic planning.

ERP Management & Audit:

• Audit Expertise: Act as the main contact for external audits on all AR-related topics, delivering required documentation, reconciliations, and deep-dive explanations on demand.
• System Support: Serve as the functional owner for Treasury flows in NetSuite and Embat, leading the identification of process inefficiencies and spearheading the automation of critical controls and reconciliations.
• System Optimization: Collaborate with the team to elevate NetSuite and Embat to its peak operational performance, focusing on seamless automation, data reliability, and a significant update framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CPA/ACCA a plus).
• Around 5 years of experience in treasury functions.
• Advanced Excel user and office package.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2 required) and Spanish.
• Experience with ERP systems (we work with NetSuite).
• Excellent Analytical skills.
• Proactive and Responsible
• Strategic analysis and problem-solving skills in changing environments.
• Active interest and deep passion in participating in automation and innovation projects.
