Treasury Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly analytical Treasury Manager to join our Treasury team. This role sits at the intersection of strategic Treasury, asset-liability management (ALM), and foreign exchange (FX) trading, with a strong focus on quantitative analysis and automation.

You will play a key role in liquidity optimization, excess liquidity portfolio management, and risk management, while developing data-driven insights and tools to support decision-making. Working closely with the FX desk and other internal teams, you will help shape Treasury strategy, manage liquidity sources, and contribute to revenue generation through market intelligence and trading strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic liquidity and asset-liability management initiatives, setting guidance for Treasury Operations and daily cash management
• Manage excess liquidity using short-term money market instruments in a regulatory compliant way, optimizing interest income and mitigating interest rate, credit, and concentration risks
• Manage external credit lines and secure operational funding sources
• Design and deliver liquidity reporting and analytics, oversee automation, and ensure high-quality dashboard delivery
• Analyze market data and customer transaction behavior to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks
• Work with the FX trading desk to provide market insights, influence pricing strategies, and support revenue streams

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a financial institution or fintech, ideally in Treasury or FX trading
• Strong understanding of Treasury instruments including repos, bonds, and money market funds, as well as experience with FX and rates derivatives
• Knowledge of asset-liability management and risk management, including liquidity, interest rate, or credit risk
• Strong technical skills in SQL, VBA, and/or Python for data analysis and automation
• Advanced Excel abilities and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with trading platforms such as 360T or Bloomberg is an advantage
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability with a quantitative approach
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
• High adaptability in fast-paced environments with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
