Whether it’s streamlining operations, enhancing customer experience, or reimagining internal systems — we want people who can make Careem work smarter and move faster.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Treasury Lead to manage our global liquidity, payment operations, and financial strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring our cash is in the right place at the right time while driving high-impact projects to automate and scale our treasury infrastructure.

- Project Leadership: Drive treasury transformation, including ERP/TMS integrations and automating manual workflows (e.g., host-to-host payments).
- Governance & Compliance: Act as the main liaison for Tax, Legal, and Accounting; maintain robust internal controls and ensure audit-ready documentation.
What You'll Need
- Experience: 5+ years in Corporate Treasury, Cash Management, or Banking.
- Financial Expertise: Deep knowledge of intercompany funding, FX, investments, and treasury accounting.
- Systems Proficiency: Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and ERPs (Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Analytical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and a knack for complex problem-solving.
- Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CTP or CFA preferred.
