About The Role

This role will manage the company’s cash and investment portfolio, ensuring liquidity and optimal allocation of funds. This includes monitoring daily cash positions, handling payments, and supporting funding activities with banks and foreign lenders. You will also help manage risks, including FX exposure, and provide insights on investment performance to finance stakeholders. The role is suited for someone with analytical skills, adaptability, and experience in banking or corporate treasury.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily liquidity, asset positions, and daily disbursement approvals.
  • Collaborate with the funding team to optimize asset and cash balances.
  • Work with corporate finance and legal teams to onboard new foreign lenders.
  • Assess potential hedging partners (banks and other financial institutions) and monitor the onboarding process.
  • Oversee invoices and other payments to ensure timely execution on behalf of foreign lenders.
  • Develop and implement FX hedging strategies.
  • Manage operations related to principal and interest repayments to foreign lenders.
  • Monitor and control foreign lenders’ portfolio performance and NPLs.
  • Analyze the lending portfolio and present findings to finance stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, including banks and foreign lenders.

Requirements

  • Treasury experience: 3–5 years in banking or corporate treasury roles, with exposure to treasury investment operations.
  • Financial analysis skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, for investment tracking, portfolio analysis, and reporting.
  • Adaptability: Able to respond effectively to changing market conditions and organizational needs.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Experience working with internal teams and external partners, including banks and investors.
  • Risk and portfolio management awareness: Familiarity with treasury investment processes, liquidity monitoring, and basic risk assessment.
