Position Overview:  

The Treasury Intern will be responsible for supporting various treasury and capital market activities, investor relations activities, investments, digital assets strategies, and corporate finance items.   

Responsibilities: 

Treasury  

  • Support capital raising initiatives, including equity, debt, and preferred equity instruments.  
  • Support capital markets activities, balance sheet, and liability management initiatives   
  • Support digital assets strategy/analysis, audit/reporting initiatives, and ensure compliance with company’s treasury policies  
  • Support new vendor onboarding and documentation, purchase order management, timely processing of accounts payable, and other related activities  
  • Support bitcoin analysis and compliance with company digital asset policies, audits, and reporting initiatives.  

Investor Relations  

  • Support investor relations initiatives including financial modeling, presentation development, investor meeting organization/follow-ups, and quarterly earnings calls  
  • Support research analyst communications and summarizing the research notes  
  • Prepare quarterly IR reports for senior leadership  
  • Ensure timely publication of press releases through business wire  
  • Track investor inbounds and ensure timely responses  
  • Maintain conference calendar and support scheduling of various stakeholder meetings  
  • Support annual conference planning, agenda preparation, speaker/sponsor coordination, and related logistics  

Corporate Finance  

  • Work with cross-functional teams (FP&A, accounting, financing reporting, legal) to obtain, evaluate, and streamline data and existing processes  
  • Support annual corporate insurance renewal processes  

Qualifications: 

  • Pursuing bachelor’s degree with finance work experience  
  • Experience working for a global corporation with collaboration across geographies  
  • Advanced analytical and communication skills, including verbal and written skills  
  • Presentation and management reporting skills  
  • Demonstrated proficiency in excel and developing financial models  
  • Knowledge of advanced corporate finance concepts and cash management  
  • High attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects  
  • Strong interest and/or experience with bitcoin and digital assets.  
  • Experience with Factset is preferred
