What impact will you make?

As a Treasury & AP Specialist, you will play a central role in keeping our Treasury operations running seamlessly. You will take ownership of daily treasury activities, liquidity planning, and banking processes while collaborating closely on the Accounts Payable function to ensure timely and accurate payments. In our fast-paced, Private-Equity-backed SaaS environment, your work will directly strengthen cash control, support value-creation initiatives, and contribute to the financial governance that enables our company to grow with confidence.

What will you do?

• Take ownership of daily treasury operations, ensuring clear oversight of liquidity across all entities.
• Support the Accounts Payable workflow, from invoice processing to payment execution, in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to general bookkeeping activities.
• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts that support financial planning and decision-making.
• Support period-end treasury reporting and contribute to dashboards and insights for senior leadership.
• Shape and maintain a structured treasury framework that strengthens governance, consistency, and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a key contact for banking-related matters and contribute to global treasury initiatives in relevant projects.
• Collaborate across Finance to enhance working capital discipline and drive process improvements.

Who are you? 

You are a treasury professional with solid operational finance experience and a clear understanding of how cash moves through a business. You bring hands-on expertise and feel comfortable supporting AP activities as part of a broader finance scope. You work well in an international, fast-paced environment and enjoy bringing structure, clarity, and data-driven improvements within a Private-Equity-backed SaaS organization.

We are looking for someone with:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of hands-on treasury experience, ideally within an international or multi-entity organization.
• Strong understanding of cash flow mechanics, liquidity planning, working capital, and financial statements.
• Practical experience in cash forecasting, cash positioning, and treasury reporting.
• Comfortable managing or learning AP processes as part of a broader operational finance role.
• Advanced Excel skills, with experience in ERP environments (Finance Force / Certinia);
• Analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and strong numerical discipline.
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with PE reporting cadence.

• 1st Interview with Internal Recruiter (30 minutes)
• 2nd Interview with Hiring Manager (30 minutes)
• 3rd Interview with Hiring Manager and Finance Director (60 minutes - on-site in our Office)
• 4th Interview with CFO (30 minutes)
