Treasury Analyst NAM (F/M/D)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and crypto-knowledgeable Treasury Analyst to support our Treasury Lead in overseeing critical financial operations. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy of daily transaction reconciliations, assist in balance sheet reporting, and contribute to cash flow management, while also monitoring digital asset exposures. A key focus of this position will be on automation, driving improvements to streamline reporting and reduce the need for manual intervention. As the first analyst to join a growing Treasury team in a fast-paced startup environment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our financial operations.

Your Mission

• Reconcile daily cash and crypto transactions across all of our business lines. This will include trade settlements, prefunds, intercompany flows, along with loans, borrows, and collateral transfers to name a few. 
• Support and grow our cash management forecasting across the company. 
• Be able to analyze, update and triage issues with our daily balance sheet files.
• Facilitate the preparation of treasury reporting and presentations for senior management.
• Reconcile coin and counterparty exposures across each Flowdesk business line.
• Support projects focused on driving automation in reconciling our financial crypto reporting and strengthening our overall controls. 
• Support our month end reconciliation and reporting process to close out our monthly financials. 

Requirements

Background & experience

• 1-3 years of experience in the digital asset space or a fast paced fintech startup. 
• Has a strong passion for crypto and a deep understanding of the industry. 
• Has built treasury focused balance sheets and liquidity models for senior management. 
• Can present on a company’s balance sheet and provide insights from its asset flows or overall balance sheet construction.
• Professional proficiency in English is mandatory, another language such as French is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Has advanced Excel and Google Sheet skills. 
• Looker, Big Query, or Grafana experience is a plus.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to identify issues and problem solve with a high attention to detail. 
• Excellent analytical skills; ability to leverage data insights into a dynamic narrative.
