Objective:  


Responsible for implementing the Corporate Travel Policy across all subsidiaries, ensuring adherence to the Travel Policy, and serving as the main contact for the Corporate Travel Agency or agencies. Duties include supporting, maintaining, and executing operational tasks related to travel tools, policies, vendors and daily activities. 


Main responsibilities: 


  • Manage travel programs (e.g., ESTA Travel Services SharePoint, electronic travel approval, traveler profile database) 
  • Coordinate and book flights, trains, car rentals, and ground transportation 
  • Assist with travel issues and manage travel-related documentation 
  • Reserve hotels and lodging 
  • Prepare cost estimates and travel budgets; track and reconcile expenses 
  • Liaise with travel agencies, hotels, airlines, and vendors 
  • Provide assistance during travel disruptions 
  • Ensure adherence to company travel policies and educate staff 
  • Process and track invoices per A/P procedures 
  • Develop, improve, and maintain travel systems 
  • Assist in other expense tasks such as, credit carts (issues, blocks, increase limits), Concur expense, projects, improvements and audits 


Job Requirements: 


  • Advanced university studies (at least 40% of the degree completed) in Administration, Finance or Project Management
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures 
  • Advanced English (C1 or C2 scored)
    At least 2 years of relevant experience within Travel logistics and coordination
