Purpose of role

To provide comprehensive administrative, secretarial, and operational support to the in-house legal department at Takealot Group, ensuring efficient management of legal documentation, correspondence, and departmental operations. This role is critical in enabling the legal team to deliver effective legal services across the organization.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

Matric/Grade 12 certificateCompleted N6 in

Technical Skills: Analytical, focus driven , Transport & logistics NCV

Key Responsibilities: 

Analyse process within the department

Provide recommendations for process improvements

Data tracking and reporting

Identify trends

Root cause analysis

CROSS functional coordination

Run specific queries and projects improvement

Submission of corrective and improvement plans

This is a contract position
