Transport Coordinator

About the role A Transport Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of shipping routes and delivery, specifically with regard to customer satisfaction and most specially can handled POD (Proof of Delivery). What you'll do:
  • Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements
  • Communicate with customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
  • Maintain logs and records of executed orders
  • Coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck driver's) according to availabilities and requirements
  • Ensures that PODs and return transactions are complete, accurate, and processed on time.
  • Supervise daily POD transactions, including the reports
  • What we seek:
  • Enthusiastic logistics professional with a background in dispatch
  • Good in verbal and written communication
  • Keen into details and organized
  • Proficiency is MS Excel
  • What you'll need:
  • Must have at least 1-3 years of related experience in a Logistics industry
  • Willing to be based in different warehouses
  • Amenable to work in different work schedule
  • Must be willing to work onsite in the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX)
