Identify revenue opportunities and "add-on" business within existing accounts to support long-term retention.
Provide consultative advice to clients on project optimization, balancing product quality with cost-efficiency.
Partner with Business Development to design and execute sales strategies for key accounts.
Monitor account health and service usage, providing actionable feedback to internal teams to improve client satisfaction.
Optimize operational workflows and implement sales actions that reduce manual tasks and increase profit margins.
Manage financial governance by ensuring the accuracy of legal entities, POs, and billing schedules within internal systems.
Serve as a cross-functional liaison, effectively conveying specific client requirements to Project Managers with clarity and technical precision.
Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quoted volume, acceptance rates, and average project value.
