Role Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our fast-growing Consulting Business working with some of the world’s leading financial institutions.

As a

Transformation Project Manager, the successful candidate will work directly with our clients to ensure they receive the quality consulting services that Delta Capita (DC) offers. You will be the primary point of contact between the customer and DC as part of our Global Consulting team based in London. You will have strong change management experience and prior success as a management consultant or within a change role in a financial services institution.

The Role and Responsibilities

This role is ideal for someone with the right mix of consulting/ change and client lifecycle management transformation or related experience, as well as having an entrepreneurial spirit. You will combine project delivery know how, knowledge of the fintech ecosystem, an innovative nature, and a strong knowledge of and network within the financial services industry. 

Project responsibilities include:

• Project delivery for clients

• Regulatory remediation and enforcement response

• Regulatory compliance across the whole project lifecycle

• Cost transformation

• Legal Entity re-structure

• Operating model re-design and execution

• Operational resilience assessment and remediation
