Why this role matters

This role is critical to the successful execution of a multi-year transformation program reshaping how the API Business Unit operates and delivers over 100 strategic initiatives. You will ensure operational discipline, transparency, and execution excellence across a complex, global stakeholder environment.

Your key responsibilities

  • Coordinate 15 - 20 weekly meetings across US, UK, and EU stakeholders, managing agendas, notes and follow-up within 24h with clear action items and owners
  • Track 100+ strategic initiatives and drive completion of action items across senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Maintain and audit the transformation dashboard, ensuring milestone, ownership, and financial data accuracy
  • Produce weekly executive status reports and monthly SteerCo summaries
  • Monitor initiative health and proactively flag risks or delays
  • Maintain key transformation documentation including decision logs, RACI frameworks, and process documentation
  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Sales
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose process improvements or automation opportunities

What you'll bring

Required

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, program support, executive support, or analyst roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across global stakeholders
  • Clear and structured written communication skills
  • Experience preparing executive-ready materials and summaries
  • Proficiency in collaboration and tracking tools such as Slack, Jira, and Google Suite
  • High attention to detail with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfort interacting with senior leaders and external consultants

Experience we consider a plus

  • Prior exposure to consulting, transformation, or PMO environments
  • Experience managing project dashboards or tracking tools (Jira, Asana, etc.)
  • Background in technology, telecom, or SaaS environments
  • Experience supporting cross-regional or global programs
