What You’ll Bring
Establish and enhance Kanban practices, including flow management, WIP limits, and continuous improvement.
Develop, track, analyse and communicate delivery metrics (flow efficiency, throughput, cycle time, lead time, blockers, etc.).
Partner closely with senior leaders to provide strategic insights and influence decision-making.
Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams within a dynamic environment.
Facilitate workshops, prioritisation sessions, and delivery rituals focused on high-quality outcomes.
Mentor and uplift teams to strengthen delivery capability and ways of working.
Bring clarity to ambiguous situations and guide stakeholders through structured, data-driven recommendations.
Support Client Services with timely and accurate information about the progress of an engagement.
What we are looking for
7+ years’ experience in consulting, digital delivery, or transformation.
Strong capability in Lean/Agile ways of working and delivery
Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience coaching or uplifting teams.
Consulting or enterprise experience and relevant certifications are a plus.
Demonstrates the behaviors of a Lead Consultant; pragmatic, people-focused, and able to guide clients with clarity and confidence.
Good-to-have skills include Business Analysis, product strategy, and product management.
Experience in strategic or advisory work is highly desirable
Strong understanding of Jira and Jira Product Discovery (JPD) is highly desirable.
