A day in the life
In this role, you’ll sit at the centre of what the CEO and Executive Leadership Team are focused on and help turn priorities into real progress. You’ll:
Support in shaping PEXA’s strategy and run workplans for CEO-led initiatives
Pull together crisp insights by doing research, analysing performance, and turning messy information into clear recommendations
Keep executive forums moving by helping coordinate ExCo/Board rhythms, agendas, materials, decisions, and follow-through
Track strategic KPIs and support reporting that keeps leaders aligned on what’s working, what’s stuck, and what needs attention
Work across teams to align stakeholders, surface risks/dependencies early, and keep delivery on track in a fast-paced environment
You’ll be trusted to bring structure, clarity, and momentum while staying flexible when plans shift.
About the role
The Transformation Associate role exists to help the Office of the CEO deliver PEXA’s most important strategic priorities. Working with the Chief of Staff, you’ll support enterprise-wide transformation, governance rhythms, commercial insight, and performance tracking, translating CEO priorities into measurable outcomes.

What success looks like in your first 6–12 months:
Build a strong understanding of the CEO agenda and quickly become a go-to partner for structured analysis and project support
Help deliver PEXA’s strategy across multiple CEO/ExCo-led initiatives, with clear workplans, stakeholder alignment, and progress tracking
Lift the quality and rhythm of ExCo/Board support, improving decision visibility and follow-through
Establish a dependable cadence for strategic KPI reporting, with clear insights (not just data)
Produce executive-ready materials (briefings, papers, decks) that leaders can use immediately
