In this project, you’ll help improve Khmer language content by transcribing long and short audio and segmenting recordings. Your work will help make AI tools more accurate, natural, and authentic for Khmer speakers everywhere.
What you’ll do
▷ Listen to Khmer audio (long and short clips)
▷ Type exactly what you hear (Annotation role)
▷ Break the audio into correct parts following our rules
▷ Mark any invalid audio with the correct tag
▷ Review others’ transcriptions for accuracy (QA role)
▷ You can choose to work on both Annotation and QA roles,
Roles and Pay
▷ Annotation (Transcriber)
• Long audio: $35 per valid audio hour
• Short audio: $15 per valid audio hour
▷ QA (Quality Checker)
• Long audio: $30 per valid audio hour
• Short audio: $12 per valid audio hour
What you’ll need
▷ Native Khmer speaker
▷ Experience in audio transcription and segmentation preferred
▷ Able to read English instructions
▷ Can work at least 1-2 hours per day

This role is a project-based opportunity with CrowdGen, where you will join the CrowdGen Community as an Independent Contractor.
