We are looking for a Transaction Services Specialist – Order & Subscription Management to drive the customer order process from commercial handoff through to successful billing and payment setup. This role ensures that customer contracts, addenda, orders, renewals, and account updates are accurately processed and fully aligned with billing requirements. Acting as a pivotal link between our commercial teams and Finance Operations, you will ensure a seamless onboarding and activation experience while contributing the subject matter expertise needed to optimize our order-to-cash processes.
Your new adventure
Process and review customer trial modifications and orders, contracts, and billing
setup requests from Sales and Customer Success teams.
Facilitate onboarding and management of manually invoiced customers and
consolidated billing accounts.
Manage discounting, couponing, and special billing actions in line with customer
agreements and promotions.
Act as a subject matter expert for the order management lifecycle, supporting the
documentation of operating procedures
Collaborate with Finance Operations colleagues, Commercial, Support, Billing,
Product, and Engineering teams to support the streamlining of the order management
and the billing process.
Provide proactive feedback and recommendations on order management and billing
experience improvements.
Participate in cross-functional projects focused on optimizing order-to-cash efficiency
and customer and colleague experiences
Actively supports, tests and provides feedback to new features, functionality and
releases impacting billing & payments.

This is a Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) position with a working schedule of 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM WET to ensure alignment with our global operations
2 - 4 years of experience in a similar role/environment
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Process-driven and documentation-oriented.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, particularly with internal commercial teams.
Ability to manage at times competing priorities and deadlines.
Proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.
Familiarity with billing platforms, order management systems, and CRM tools.
Integrity, accountability, and customer-first thinking.
Proficient written and spoken English
