Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Training Specialist to develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, including lesson plans, user guides, and simulation training videos for system users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging instructional content, ensuring effective learning experiences, and supporting users in mastering system functionalities. Active Secret clearance or higher required.
Responsibilities:
Develop, update, and maintain lesson plans, user guides, and training documentation for system users.
Create engaging simulation training videos and other multimedia content to support user learning.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate users on system functionalities.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.
Assess training needs and develop customized learning solutions to improve user proficiency.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Support end-users with troubleshooting and provide ongoing learning assistance.
Maintain an organized repository of training materials for easy access and reference.
