We are looking for an inspired Training Specialist to join our growing Learning & Development Team!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop e-learning training content in different topics.
  • Maintain and upgrade company orientation training.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to ensure all training content is up to date.
  • Partner with stake holders to ensure learning needs across global locations are anticipated and met.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with stake holders across the organisation.
  • Use different tools and methods for training planning, creation and execution.
  • Deliver training in various formats (webinars/workshops/online/live).
  • Create and follow various reports on training success.
  • Drive learners’ engagement through different training initiatives.
  • Collaborate proactively with the team on fostering a learning culture environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (1+ years) in creating training materials.
  • Proven experience (1+ years) in delivering adult training in various formats.
  • Experience in working in multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Developed self-awareness and cultivated holistic approach towards the work.
  • Abilities to structure and deliver content from different knowledge areas.
  • Tech savvy, curious about new technology and its implementation on the job.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to understand and interpret reporting data.
  • Educational background in psychology, pedagogy, social sciences is considered an advantage.
  • Previous experience related to driving soft skills in a job setting is considered an advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools, learning platforms, or technologies, and the ability to apply them in a training context, is considered an advantage.
