Job Title: Training Specialist - EMEA

Summary of Opportunity:

Asset Reality is seeking a dynamic Training Specialist based in EMEA to lead the live instruction of training programs for our global clients both in-person and virtually.

This role is vital in educating our customers on the complexities of virtual (including cryptocurrencies) and traditional asset management, ensuring they are proficient in using our tools and understanding the industry landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Delivery of Asset Reality certification programme, both in-person and virtually, to a global audience, ensuring that participants gain in-depth knowledge of Asset Reality’s products and the broader asset recovery ecosystem.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of training materials, including presentations, exercises, and certification programs tailored to various levels of expertise.
• Engage with customers to understand their specific training needs, adjusting content and delivery methods to maximize effectiveness and relevance.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through participant feedback and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to improve future sessions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, compliance requirements, and best practices to ensure training content remains current and effective.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ year(s) of experience in conducting technical training.
• Nice to have: Training experience in Law Enforcement, Regulatory, Asset Management or Financial Intelligence sectors.
• Strong understanding of virtual asset management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience in developing training content and delivering training sessions, both virtually and in-person.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
