As a Training Program Manager, you will manage all phases of training for a cornerstone program within our Air Dominance and Strike Division (ADS). ADS is one of Anduril’s fastest growing, most technical complex divisions, and their remit is to develop and build collaborative combat aircraft, missiles, and the software that powers these autonomous weapons. The Training Program Manager is responsible for all developmental training tasks and will establish a vision for how to execute training on the program using standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. You must be able to work independently and will have responsibility to deliver training CDRLs while also working as part of a broader Integrated Product Support team. This roles requires a breadth of understanding of both military and commercial training, training technologies and approaches, experience working on government autonomous systems, and a deep appreciation for details.
As the Training Program Manager, you will also create plans to resource and execute world-class technical training instruction. You will serve as a subject matter expert on Anduril’s approach to product training while driving results for your specific business line and products. The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
