Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Training & Onboarding Manager to join Rex Cirrus8 and play a key role in setting our clients up for success from day one.

This role is all about delivering exceptional onboarding experiences, building strong client relationships, and creating engaging, high-impact training that drives long-term retention and product adoption.


About the Role

As our Training & Onboarding Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end onboarding journey for new clients, ensuring they feel confident and supported as they transition onto Rex Cirrus8.

You’ll combine training delivery, client relationship management, and project coordination to ensure every client has a smooth and successful go live experience. You’ll also play a key role in continuously improving our training programs and resources.


Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Training

  • Own the onboarding experience for new clients from kick off through to go live
  • Develop and manage structured training plans tailored to client needs
  • Deliver engaging training sessions both online and in person
  • Provide ongoing training and support to ensure strong product adoption

Client Experience & Relationship Management

  • Act as the key point of contact during onboarding
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients early in their journey
  • Identify and address training gaps to support successful outcomes
  • Support clients post go live and guide them to self service resources

Training Design & Continuous Improvement

  • Design and deliver training for new features and product updates
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including e-learning modules
  • Maintain and improve the online knowledge base
  • Continuously evolve training programs using best practice learning principles

Project Coordination & Implementation

  • Project manage onboarding timelines and key milestones
  • Coordinate client kick offs and data review sessions
  • Work closely with the Implementation team to ensure smooth delivery
  • Improve onboarding workflows and communication processes

Compliance & Security

  • Complete required information security training
  • Adhere to ISMS policies and procedures
  • Report any security risks, incidents or concerns


Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in a Training, Onboarding or Customer Success role
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
  • Strong problem solving ability and confidence navigating complex situations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a can do attitude
  • Comfortable working with change and continuous improvement
  • Experience in SaaS or PropTech is highly regarded
