CMG Home Loans is hiring a Training Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting new and experienced Loan Officers with CMG’s suite of marketing platforms and tools.
As a Marketing Training Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing education for existing employees. You will focus on equipping our sales teams with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively leverage marketing platforms and tools to drive business growth.

This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.
CMG pays a competitive hourly rate which ranges from $26.50 - $31.25 per hour. Factors that affect the hourly rate include: Marketing experience, overall knowledge of mortgage industry, number of years worked in mortgage industry, computer skills, customer service experience specific to working with mortgage lenders, and education.
