Training Associate

• Assist in the delivery of classroom and on-road training sessions.
• Prepare training materials and equipment for sessions.
• Facilitate group discussions and answer questions from trainees.
• Conduct on-road assessments to evaluate driver skills and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide feedback and coaching to drivers to enhance their performance.
• Document assessment results and share feedback with the training team.
• Provide ongoing support to drivers, answering questions and resolving issues.
• Assist drivers with technical difficulties and app usage.
• Maintain accurate records of training attendance and performance.
• Prepare training reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist with the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, venue booking, and equipment preparation.
• Adhere to company policy and procedures.
• Achieve or exceed targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in training, customer service, or a related field.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and empathy
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good organizational and time-management skills
