Alternate Locations: Albuquerque, NM; Oak Ridge, TN; Amarillo, TX

Travel: Up to 10%

Security Clearance required: Current DOE Q or DoD Top Secret.

Responsibilities:

Training Assistants shall perform general office duties to include filing, faxing, typing, record keeping, preparation and distribution of mail, document staffing, telephone answering and forwarding calls. Perform Records Management, Administer and maintain Qualifications and Training Systems; Maintain Training Records for resident Federal and Contractor Training Staff. Training Assistants shall maintain individual training records for the AOC Federal Agents and staff as appropriate and input training/qualification related information into the Qualification Tracking System for approximately 80 personnel at AOWC (Albuquerque) and 150 at AOCC (Amarillo) and AOEC (Oak Ridge). 

Requirements:

Must have two to three years administrative experience. Certifications/Qualifications include Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Minimum Education: HS Diploma+
