Position Summary
Reporting to the Director for Training, Training and Facilitation Specialists are responsible for delivering quality training experiences to a variety of audiences using proven methodologies from Right To Be’s expanding training library. Our current training topics include bystander intervention, preventing sexual harassment, resilience, conflict de-escalation, mitigating implicit bias, and other anti-harassment/anti-hate trainings.
This position is remote with an optional Brooklyn-based office. Travel for In-Person trainings and team retreats is required, and you should expect to travel between 30-40% of any given month. General hours will be Mon-Fri 10-2PM OR 2-6 PM ET with some flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed (based on organizational need).
