The PSaaS Admin Support role helps keep training classes running smoothly from start to finish. You’ll work closely with the Instructional & Development trainers to support day-to-day training operations, including class setup, attendance tracking, system access, documentation, and overall trainee support throughout the training process.
Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and managing virtual training sessions in Microsoft Teams, tracking attendance and participation, helping coordinate system and carrier logins, supporting laptop deployment, organizing training materials and recordings, running knowledge checks, and assisting with simulations and QA as needed. This role also helps bridge communication between the Training team and other departments and supports accurate timekeeping in Paycom.
This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, dependable, tech-savvy, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced training environment, with strong communication skills and a willingness to support the team wherever needed.
