Your Career Opportunity 

In this exciting new career opportunity, you’ll be reporting to the Head of Trainer Quality on full-time hours and working from home remotely. 

As a Trainer Quality Specialist, you will have a direct impact on monitoring our Trainers' performance to ensure they deliver high-quality training that meets both our standards and our clients' needs. Collaborating with our Trainer Support team, you will:

• Monitor and evaluate Trainers’ performance, addressing low ratings and complaints from learners and clients.

• Identify low performers and implement improvement plans, providing feedback, guidance, and coaching.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders from other departments and teams.

• Maintain and update toolkits, workflows, and processes.

• Keep accurate records of actions taken, including termination of trainer contracts if necessary.

What You'll Offer 

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education) with 2-3 years of experience in language training.
• Advanced English skills (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to assess Trainers’ capabilities, identify areas for improvement, and analyze data effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and handle challenging situations professionally.

• Familiarity with e-learning platforms, digital training tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
