About the Role
We’re looking for a Trainer – Commercial Property Management to design and deliver high-quality training that builds capability across our Property Management Assistants (PMAs).
This role is key to helping new starters get up to speed quickly and ensuring our teams are confident, capable, and delivering a consistently high standard of work.
You’ll combine your hands-on commercial property management experience with a passion for training and development to create engaging learning experiences and drive real performance outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Training design and delivery
- Design and deliver structured onboarding and ongoing training programs
- Create engaging learning content including LMS modules, videos, guides and assessments
- Facilitate live training sessions (virtual and in person)
- Provide 1:1 coaching and support to team members
Commercial property management expertise
- Translate complex processes into clear, practical training content
- Train teams on Rex Cirrus8 workflows and best practices
- Support consistent, high-quality task execution across PMAs
Collaboration and alignment
- Partner with Operations and QA to identify training needs
- Align training with competency frameworks and business standards
- Support consistency across onshore and offshore teams
Continuous improvement
- Review training effectiveness using feedback and performance data
- Update and improve content based on insights
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training materials
Compliance and quality
- Ensure training aligns with relevant legislation and company policies
- Support quality control and risk management practices
- Contribute to strong operational governance
What You’ll Bring
Experience
- 2+ years experience as a Property Manager or Property Management Assistant (commercial)
- Strong hands-on experience using Rex Cirrus8
- Previous training or L&D experience highly regarded
Skills and competencies
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to simplify complex information into practical learning
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Passion for developing others and improving performance
