The Trainer will be responsible for having complete oversight of training for Game Presenters and other operational staff members. They will update, prepare and present training as required. As a member of the Operations team, the Trainer will support the Operations Manager as necessary.

Ensure all procedural, legal and disciplinary procedures are followed by the trainees
To create and schedule in new training groups
To attend and assess the trainee’s examination
To fill in Training Documents and reports
To coordinate and hold re-training sessions in order to improve the quality of work
To work closely with the office manager in regard to uniform orders, inventory and related paperwork

Experience in Trainer's position will be a merit
Good communication and presentation skills
A high sense of responsibility, motivation and determination
Training and/or coaching experience is considered as strong merit
Land based casino experience considered as an advantage
An Intermediate level of computer skills
The ability to work as part of a team
At least secondary education
