How do we do this? Get ready for our Cybersecurity Traineeship.

What to expect: Our traineeship is a training program, where you will start working in our SOC. We have experts in our SOC who will support you in learning and obtaining various certificates. Cases enter our SOC via our own eventflow. Our SOC Specialists investigate these cases to protect the environment of our customers. You will learn how to recognize and detect threats and how to protect and guide our customers.

We will guide you with various trainings. This does not only include technical trainings. As customer contact is an important aspect of the role, we also offer trainings focused on improving your soft-skills.

The duration: 1 year

The working hours: Our SOC works in shifts to ensure 24/7 security for our customers.
This means you’ll work in rotating shifts:
- Two morning shifts (06:00 - 14:30)
- Two afternoon shifts (14:00 - 22:30)
- Two night shifts (22:00 - 06:30)
- Followed by 4 days off

What do we offer you? Besides an entry opportunity to become an expert SOC Engineer, we offer you a total starting package of € 3.750,00. Depending on the obtained certifications, this can be increased by € 400,00 within the first year.

What distinguishes our traineeship from a regular position? Our traineeship is designed for people who want to become the top 10% in Cybersecurity. This means that your development is our top priority. We have an unlimited development budget and you'll be surrounded by top experts in cybersecurity who are eager to share their knowledge.

Are there any prerequisites? You hold an European passport to pass the security screening and you have a driver’s license and the possession of a car (because public transport isn’t sufficient for the shift times).

Can I study for CCNA while applying? Yes. You don’t have to have your CCNA-certificate at the moment you apply. But you have to obtain it before you start in the traineeship.

Most importantly: there’s no cap on your development. We would like to see you become the top 10%.

Practical criteria summary

In summary. To be able to join our SOC, you have to tick off the following boxes:

• You hold a CCNA-certification

• You hold a European passport to pass the security screening

• You have a driver’s license and the possession of a car (because public transport isn’t sufficient for the shift times)

• Your home address is located within a 50-minute drive from our office in Zaltbommel

• You are open to work in 24/7 shifts
