Responsibilities:
- Support and learn to manage Kubernetes platforms by assisting version upgrades and helping senior engineers resolve customer incidents.
- Develop automation skills by contributing to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure scripts using GitLab, Flux/ArgoCD, Ansible, Terraform, and Packer.
- Work side-by-side with R&D and other squads, ensuring seamless integration and alignment across all organizational projects.
Qualifications:
- Near-graduate student in a technical, engineering, or scientific field, or currently enrolled in a relevant professional training program.
- Work experience or internship exposure in IT environments with a strong interest in cloud and data center technologies.
- Fundamental knowledge of Linux, virtualization, and networking, familiar with Kubernetes concepts (study toward CKA/CKAD is a plus).
- Basic understanding of Bash scripting and automation tools like GitLab, Terraform, or Packer through academic or personal projects.
- Foundational understanding of at least one public Cloud provider (i.e. T Cloud Public, AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong willingness to learn and a high level of customer focus.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and a desire to work in a collaborative, squad-based environment.
- Effective communication skills in written and spoken English.
