Manage air-freight shipment processes by coordinating with suppliers and agents, ensuring timely operations and maintaining customer relationships.
-Daily documentation/operation for air-freight shipment.
-Communication with suppliers, vendors and overseas agent, maintain the smooth relationship with customer.
-Receive shipping orders.
-Confirm with overseas agent with shipping information.
-Arrange booking with carrier under agent's shipping instruction.
-Release S/O to supplier and update S/O information in system.
-Keep agent informed for any changes.
-Pick up cargo and arrange customs clearance upon supplier's request.
-Update related charges in system in time.
-Continue follow up the shipment till complete.
