As part of our brand-new Trading Team in Málaga, you’ll be at the heart of the action—monitoring live games, setting odds, and making sure our sportsbook stays competitive and exciting. No two days are the same, and your decisions will have a direct impact on our betting platform.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
● Keeping the Game Fair & Competitive – Adjusting odds and monitoring risk to deliver the best betting experience.
● Analyzing Trends – Tracking market movements, customer behavior, and betting patterns to make data-driven decisions.
● Optimizing the Offer – Spotting anomalies, fixing errors, and ensuring smooth operations.
● Collaborating & Innovating – Working with cross-functional teams to test new features and enhance our platform.
● Staying One Step Ahead – Helping with competitor analysis and supporting the bookmaking strategy team.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Must-haves:
● A passion for sports and a solid understanding of sportsbook products.
● Strong numerical and analytical skills—you love working with data!
● Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).
● Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
● A proactive mindset and the ability to perform under pressure.
● Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus!).
Nice to have:
● Experience in the iGaming industry.
