SafetyChain Software is looking for a Trade Show Specialist (Contractor / Part- Time) to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Event Marketing, this role will play an important role in sharing and enhancing SafetyChain’s brand reputation and visibility in the marketplace and effectively organize and plan local, regional, and national events to drive awareness, customer loyalty, expansion, and lead generation.

What You'll Do: 

As the Trade Show Specialist (Contractor / Part-Time), you will play a key supporting role in elevating SafetyChain’s brand reputation and visibility in the marketplace. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Event Marketing to coordinate and execute local, regional, and national events that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This role involves strong cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing, with an emphasis on logistical planning, organization, and operational support to ensure seamless event execution.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Support all aspects of trade show planning, including registration, sales coordination, shipping (including booth kits, collateral, branded items), Av, booth management, etc.
  • Help support tracking on event performance, including lead capture, follow-up processes, and ROI insights.
  • Help manage and maintain promotion items, trade show materials, etc.
  • Support aspects of SafetyChain’s Annual Customer Summit or Internal Events as needed.
  • Potential Travel for a few Trade Shows & the Customer Summit in 2026

 

What You’ll Need (Requirements)

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 1 - 2+ years preferably in trade shows or event-facing role or organization
  • Can think multiple steps ahead to insure a successful event
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to execute on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build successful relationships
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and technologies, including marketing automation software and CRM systems, Hubspot strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel for events and marketing activities if needed
  • Remote location within the United States, preferably someone on the East Coast or Central Time zone but open to the right candidate.

Job Type: Part Time / Contractor (1099)

Rate: $25 / Hour

Hours: Currently at up to 10 hours a week, potential to grow. While traveling to a show, more hours will be required for the week.
