TRAINNING PATH

You will meet people working in all the departments of the Company (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, HR).

Help POS Manager to execute, analyze and track the plans for all OFF Premise channels. Providing Sales & Field Sales Team tools to maximize business impact.

 Help to execute an annual plan Sales Team to accomplish commercial targets:

• Ad hoc In-Store execution projects
• Wining in Top Stores (Chilled, visibility,….)
• Execute consumer activations in every OFFP channel: coordination with Field Sales Team and agencies to ensure the perfect execution of all projects

Help on the execution of specific analysis tools, to get insights that helps the team:

• Tracking of each campaign
• Tracking of top elements in the store
• Scorecards.

• Maximize and ensure Instore Brand Visibility in all OFFP channels:
  • Maintain a healthy stocks of generic materials
  • Keeping updated information in catalogue and stock management tools.

Students or University Graduates who have been studying disciplines related to Marketing, Sales,Business Administration.

Will be a plus knowledge about  FMCG , OFF premise channel and sales experience.

Optimistic, Creative & Innovation skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.

Fluent English, written and spoken

Mandatory possibility of an internship agreement with the UNIVERSITY.

6 months of internships.

Scholarship with a study grant
