Description of Main Activities/Responsibilities:
Improving brand and product presence across channels, in alignment with the annual commercial priorities and corporate & brand strategy, using offline and online channels.
Monitoring and analyzing:
- The APAC market, the various channels and competitor developments
- The performance of Dobla and IRCA product ranges, products and campaigns
- Successful campaigns within the IRCA Group to translate that to the APAC region
Providing input for the commercial strategy &plans in APAC, leading some regional projects for(N)PD optimization.
Defining and measuring KPI for each of the channels.
Preparing & executing programs and campaigns with the right:
- Product offering, looking at our existing worldwide assortment
- Pricing structure
- Promotion mechanism
- Planning, execution and follow-up to channel and customer(s)
Developing customized programs for large Key Accounts, in alignment with our processes
Acting as the key liaison between channels &customers and our Marketing, Product Management, Sales Support and Supply Chain. Coordinating the execution of:
- Materials
- Communication
- Presentations
- Customer events (internal & external)
- Trade show presence
- Training for distributors and their sales teams
- Samples
- Social media content
Providing input for new product introduction and development
Maintaining customer relationships for continuous and future demands and purchases
Requirements:
