As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Somfy’s marketing strategy across brands and channels in Czechia and Slovakia. You’ll coordinate campaigns, product launches, and promotions in line with corporate objectives, while supporting partners and customers to deliver an outstanding brand experience. Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and regional colleagues across Eastern Europe, you will strengthen Somfy’s presence in showrooms, online, and at events. You will also manage a dedicated team member, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and collaboration.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, prioritize, and execute multi-brand marketing campaigns and product launches in line with business objectives.
  • Drive strategic TV campaigns and coordinate pre-tests, post-tests, and campaign evaluation.
  • Support the Care Partner Network and customer showrooms through visits, POS materials, demo panels, catalogs, and motivational competitions.
  • Optimize customer websites and social media profiles to align with Somfy’s brand and marketing strategy.
  • Coordinate PR activities, including press conferences, photoshoots, interviews, and content approvals with agencies.
  • Manage all websites, ensuring SEO content, product updates, and downloadable resources for partners are up to date.
  • Oversee the design, production, and distribution of catalogs, brochures, POS materials, and corporate branding (e.g., attire, signage, vehicle stickers).
  • Plan and execute online campaigns (AdWords, social media, banners) and manage social media channels.
  • Support events for customers and partners, including showroom setups, exhibitions, and special visits.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and invoices for marketing activities, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring continuous improvement and ROI.
  • Lead and mentor one team member, fostering development, collaboration, and accountability.
  • ​​Proven experience in trade marketing, B2B marketing, or multi-brand environments.
  • Strong project management, digital marketing, PR, and event coordination skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills.
  • Experience in managing or mentoring team members.
  • Analytical approach with experience managing budgets and monitoring campaign performance.
  • Fluency in Czech and English.
