Trade Marketing Coordinator (2 Years Contract)

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and highly motivated Trade Marketing Coordinator who will support our Merchandising and Trade Marketing team on customer, trade and category marketing campaigns on Redmart. The candidate is a key member of the RedMart Trade Marketing Team and will work closely with Merchandising, Marketplace, Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure flawless execution of all Redmart and Trade partner Advertising and Marketing to grow joint traffic, sales and revenue.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support for Category Managers and Trade Marketing Manager to coordinate and execute supplier, brand and seller advertising and marketing campaigns to grow joint traffic and sales.
  • Upload and management of media/banners on web and app.
  • Ensure all media and promotional materials adhere to Redmart design quality requirements.  
  • Pursuing suppliers, brands and sellers for timely booking of assets and delivery of artwork.
  • Managing all promotional theme pages content and quality within required timelines.
  • Support Category Managers on trade advertising and media bookings to ensure highly customer and category relevant marketing and advertising.  
  • Collaborate with key trade partners and internal stakeholders (particularly Merchandising, Marketplace, Marketing and Supply Chain teams) to build advertising revenue income while maintaining superior customer shopping experience.
  • Support Trade Marketing Manager to grow trade investment through flawless end-to-end process management.
  • Support Trade Marketing Manager to execute Redmart merchandising marketing calendar, encompassing on-site, email, online & offline marketing activity to deliver on RedMart’s promise of convenience, selection, pricing and brand vision.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated Excel & Powerpoint skills.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related desirable.
  • 1-2 years of retail, sales, FMCG, event or trade marketing experience, e-commerce preferred.
  • Understanding of grocery purchasing behaviour and the local Singapore marketplace.
