Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled social media specialist to join our team at ekar, the Middle East's first and largest personal mobility company. As a social media specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our social media profiles to maintain a strong online presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our company goals and targets specific audience segments.
- Create and curate engaging content across all social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns into overall marketing plans and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends and platforms, and continuously evaluate and improve our social media strategy.
- Foster strong relationships with influencers and other partners in the industry.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and creativity of social media content and campaigns, ensuring they resonate with our target audience while maintaining brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a marketing specialist or similar role, with a proven track record of evaluating creative content and strategies.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and tools, as well as experience with social media management software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and excellence in copywriting and creative evaluation.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in assessing creative work for alignment with strategic goals and brand identity, with the ability to provide constructive feedback to creative teams.
