⭐About Our Client

Our client is a leading company in banking / forfaiting industry.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trade Finance Supervisor. The candidate will be responsible for managing and executing trade finance transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and proving exceptions support to their clients.

The role will be based Malta, forming part of the Operations Team.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recording transactions in the portal system, filing, due diligence screening, inputting data and extracting information to create reports.

• Preparing contracts, pricing letters and other related documentation.

• Checking transaction documentation.

• Settlement of transactions.

• Providing general support to facilitate the implementation of projects as instructed by management.

• Performing other duties as required by management based on the candidate’s experience and level.

• Staying adjourned and adhering to the latest AML/CFT policies and procedures.

Qualifications and skills:

• At least 5 years’ experience in Trade Finance and/or a related field.

• Attention to detail.

• Ability to multi-task.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Fluent in English.

• Related qualification and/or knowledge in the field will be considered an asset.
