We are looking for enthusiastic, natural-born problem solvers with a great attitude to join our team of Track Spray technicians on a full-time, permanent basis, servicing Western Australia, New South Wales, Northern Territory, South Australia and Victoria.

As a Rail Safe Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining vegetation growth within the rail corridors. This role will see you regularly working away from home, across multiple states as required. You will be a hardworking and enthusiastic individual with the willingness to learn a variety of tasks within the day-to-day operations of our company.

What we do need from you is:

  • Rail Industry Worker (RIW) card 
  • Current Rail Industry Competencies
  • Construction industry induction (white card)
  • Cat 1 Rail Medical
  • HR Licence
  • Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
  • VLine Level 2
  • VLine TFPC
  • ARTC Track Worder SA Level 1
  • Herbicide Training/Qualifications advantageous, but not required
  • Horticulture Qualifications & or Training advantageous, but not required
  • Strong commitment to safety
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Computer proficiency - using Tablets for documents 
  • Good written and oral skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment 
  • Physically fit and the ability to work autonomously and drive long distances
  • High attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets
  • An ability to consistently work within both our clients and GTE safety parameters

As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to complete pre-employment CAT 1 Rail Medical Which includes Drug and Alcohol test, references, and police check.
