What We are looking for 

We are looking for a driven Total Rewards Specialist to join our HR and play a significant role in optimizing our compensation and rewards programs. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate payroll processing, handle compensation analytics, and assist in the development of competitive rewards strategies that support our business objectives.

 What you will work on

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process in collaboration with our external payroll provider, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Address daily payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner to provide excellent employee support
• Support cost analysis exercises for reward programs to ensure they effectively motivate and retain talent while aligning with the company’s strategic goals
• Analyze compensation data to ensure fair and equitable pay practices, and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed
• Analyze market data to ensure our compensation and benefits offerings remain competitive
• Support the annual salary review and bonus planning processes
• Prepare and deliver reports on compensation metrics and payroll statistics
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll, or HR rewards.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, compensation best practices, and labor regulations.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
