WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

The Total Rewards Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the administration, communication, and continuous improvement of employee benefits and compensation programs. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities, respond to employee inquiries, and ensure compliance with benefit and compensation program requirements. The ideal candidate will work Eastern or Central time zone hours to align with business operations and will collaborate closely with People, Payroll, and Talent partners to deliver accurate and timely Total Rewards support.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Compensation

  • Support compensation processes including salary reviews, promotions, job evaluations, and compensation planning cycles.
  • Maintain and update compensation data in internal systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates.
  • Assist in preparing data and materials for salary reviews, promotions, and compensation cycles.
  • Help with job matching and internal leveling by gathering role information and referencing market data.
  • Support compensation benchmarking activities by collecting and organizing data from external surveys (e.g., Radford, Mercer).
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide compensation details for hiring and internal moves.
  • Help prepare compensation-related communications, reports, and dashboards for business stakeholders.
  • Provide general administrative support for compensation projects and initiatives.

Benefits

  • Support day-to-day benefits administration tasks including enrollments, terminations, and employee inquiries.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors to ensure seamless benefits service delivery and timely issue resolution.
  • Assist in employee benefits communications, onboarding materials, and wellness initiatives.
  • Track and update benefits-related data for compliance, audits, and reporting.
  • Help onboard new hires with basic benefits information and system navigation.
  • Participate in benefits reviews, policy updates, and vendor evaluations by supporting data collection and documentation.
  • Support planning and coordination of benefits-related events, wellness initiatives, and annual enrollment activities.
  • Help resolve employee issues by providing timely and accurate information about benefits offerings.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
  • Contribute to benefits projects by helping with data collection, process documentation, and system testing as needed.

Auditing, Compliance, and Data

  • Conduct routine data checks and basic audits to identify discrepancies and maintain data accuracy.
  • Handle confidential information such as pay, benefits, and other PII-related data, maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Support compliance activities by preparing documentation and assisting with reporting requirements.

Requirements

YOU HAVE…

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, Compensation, Benefits, or HR Operations 
  • Exposure to compensation survey platforms (e.g., Radford, Mercer) and HRIS or compensation systems is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Basic data analysis skills; comfortable working with spreadsheets, formulas, and basic data visualization.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume administrative tasks.
  • A passion for employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software or Helpdesk is a plus.
