Your Role at impact.com:
The Total Rewards Analyst is a cornerstone of our People team, playing a strategic role in shaping the employee experience at impact.com. This position is central to ensuring our global compensation and benefits programs are not only competitive but also equitable, scalable, and deeply aligned with our mission and values. You will be a key player in analyzing data that informs critical business decisions, administering programs that directly affect every employee, and contributing to projects that enhance our ability to attract, retain, and motivate top talent globally. Preferred Qualifications:
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.
