What We’re Looking For.
- 2+ years of product management or revenue operations experience with demonstrated Web3 exposure.
- Direct Experience at a mobile first gaming studio/team with a focus on monetization strategy and revenue optimization.
- BIG PLUS: Direct experience designing token systems for successful token-based games like Axie Infinity - any experience with successful token implementation is highly valued.
- Deep understanding of user psychology and player behavior in gaming environments, not just technical token modeling.
- Expert knowledge of token allocation mechanisms, economic sustainability models, and developer integration frameworks.
- Experience with both successful and failed tokenomics projects, with demonstrable learnings from past mistakes.
- Strong product mindset with the ability to balance economic theory with practical implementation and user experience.
- Technical proficiency to design developer dashboard systems, token purchase flows, and analytics frameworks.
- Passion for blockchain gaming and decentralized economies with a vision for sustainable growth.
What You’ll Do 📲.
- Design and implement our Rush token economics for our token launch, ensuring economic balance and long-term sustainability.
- Create and integrate token utility directly into Bingo Champions, establishing clear use cases.
- Develop token distribution and allocation strategies across our studio games and platform ecosystem.
- Create frameworks for third-party studio integration, including token purchase mechanisms and revenue sharing models.
- Develop inflation/deflation mechanics that maintain healthy token sources and sinks while encouraging usage.
- Analyze user behavior patterns to create token utility that resonates with players.
- Work closely with blockchain engineers to ensure technical implementation aligns with economic design.
- Present economic strategies to leadership and exchanges, driving alignment and meeting listing requirements.
