We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Title Specialist II to join our team in our Irving Operations Center. In this role, you will be responsible for administering and managing all aspects of the title and lien perfection processes in accordance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and information protection policies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional accuracy, and communicates effectively to ensure timely, courteous, and professional service to our dealers, customers, and internal partners. This person will play a key role in maintaining organized and secure documentation, resolving title-related inquiries, and supporting both internal and external stakeholders with efficiency and care.


Responsibilities:  

  • Administer and support all aspects of the title management process, including title follow-up, lien perfection, UCC filings, state-to-state transfers, and Substitution of Collateral requests, ensuring compliance with company, regulatory, and information protection requirements.
  • Perform accurate data entry, maintain organized and secure documentation, and communicate effectively with internal teams, dealerships, and external partners.
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications, including escalation calls, while providing prompt, efficient, and professional service to all stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners, suppliers, RSMs, BDRs, and customers to support business operations and resolution of title-related matters.
  • Assist with additional title management or team support tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in auto finance or installment loan, specifically with focus in managing titles and/or lien perfection processes
  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in business or related may be used as proxy for experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and or Google Workspace i.e., G-Suite (Docs & Sheets)
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and continue to complete daily or regular tasks consistently
  • Able to work a flexible schedule which may include overtime, as needed
  • Detail oriented and have a strong ability to multi-task
  • Ability to master web-based loan servicing systems of record
  • Customer Service attitude with strong problem-solving skills
